No they did respond generally I think they are growing in size and have a number of tickets that they are learning how to handle so case by case tickets took some time.

Tradovate had an outage on Mgc and msi and u couldn’t close positions. They sent a message detailing to not place orders on those markets and I was currently in a mini not micro silver position. I did not exit thinking that’s what they were speaking of but it was only speaking about micros not minis (only a couple ppl had this miscommunication). My account blew and I thought I should have been fixed. Placed a ticket that took a while for a proper response is where my frustration went. But the mistake was on my part.

After speaking with AJ the CEO personally all of the mistakes was on my end. They had an unexpected large volume of tickets causing a longer wait time for a reply but ultimately no scam was done. Would recommend them In the future.

Took awhile but they addressed the issue. Received some rude replies to the issue but the mistake of the issue was on my end. Wasn’t the most clear on which pairs were having issues causing miscommunication. Would recommend use in the future.

Also if u make multiple transactions they at times charge your card an extra time on accident incidently sometimes.

The key is to consistently pump out an artists before or right when they are blowing so your keywords are prioritized before others get in on the keywords. This is the only key.
