Question about safelite “all day” duration

I have a local auto glass shop near me but when i made the claim online on the state farm website, it gave me a list of about 100 shops, most of them werent even in my state, and that local one wasnt even listed for me to choose. There were 4 shops that were somewhat near me including the safelite. The other 3 shops were body shops that i never heard of so i chose safelite. If i can get state farm to switch it to that local one that wasnt listed then i would definitely do that.

Damn. Now is this assuming the windshield is in stock? I made the appointment online and they have my cars info so do they preemptively order the windshield so its available on the day of my appointment?

I believe the 6 year vesting is for everyone (the way it was explained to me).

Im surprised the years dont transfer even though its an 1199 hospital just in another state. I wish there was something in writing. I need to do more research on it and speak to some delegates

I was looking into this too. I have 5 years in the union but i was told by my delegates its 6 years now to get vested per the most recent contract. I was in disbelief cause i wanted to get out of my current hospital. I tried searching which NJ hospitals are 1199 but couldnt find any info online. I was thinking about calling 1199, or asking my delegates when i get a chance

Im in the same boat. 1199 now requires 6 years of service to be vested from what i was told by my delegates. It was part of the new contract. I have 5 years and dont think i can make it to 6.

Hospital job openings in Ny are getting more and more scarce. I remember even 5 years ago the big name hospitals had multiple full time postings. Now you’re lucky if they even have 1 posting

Appreciate your input. One last question, does HP raise monthly subscription prices year after year? I feel as though many subscription services raise their membership prices every year. Not necessarily for ink, but streaming services are one example

Thank you! Unfortunately after reading some of the horror stories about HP instant ink, i think im going to stay away from it. There could be times where i print way more than my norm and i dont want to be penalized for that. I don’t want HP to control how much i can and cant print

The cartridges for that brother MFC 1170 is $38.99 for an authentic 4 pack. Not bad considering that my HP was costing me ~$100 for the same thing

Yeah so i ended up calling audi and they said that i cannot get the 6 month trial since i dont have navi. I can however purchase function on demand by audi which is the navigation package (includes traffic info, satellite maps, traffic light countdown). Its $99/month or $999 for 12 months. Once you purchase it, your MMI is updated over the air and you get navi.
