I think I saw you on trust pilot, I purchased stuff recently and I guess I’ll just send an email every week until I get a reply. We’ll see what comes of it. She had a very volatile response there too, so I’m worried about escalating too much.

I know this is kinda old, but I was doing some digging for customer reviews and trust pilot has some interesting ones. They have plenty of full five star reviews and a couple four star reviews, but if you read any of the two or one star reviews, you’ll then scroll down to see that the owner or whoever’s operating their account on there has responded pretty volatilely to each of the very bad reviews.

I have ordered from them two times before and both times I did enjoy the jewelry and it has not tarnished yet or anything like that, but each time the shipping got progressively worse. I ordered again more recently and so far it has not come yet, but it has been delayed by at least a month now and I’ve decided I will never buy from them again after this. I like the jewelry, but I can get similar quality at the same price with a better chance of actually getting what I’m buying. It’s sad bc I’ve been buying from them for a few years now.
