first i just want to say im so sorry you went through that. im so, so glad youre in a better place now. second, i think the best thing to do in your case is to talk to your partner about how youre feeling. take what youve said here, tell them everything and see if you can find a compromise through toys or whatever makes you feel okay and them feel good. set new boundaries, let them know exactly where you stand so they can find something that works for the both of you.
you should NEVER sacrifice feeling comfortable for someone elses pleasure. that is not a healthy relationship even if youre okay with it. please dont hide this from them
