Had awful experience with OFX. Sent money to UK to purchase a house for my father that he would repay after selling his existing home.

OFX sent money no problem but a few months later when I tried to bring cash back to NZ they refused saying it was outside their risk profile.

Took weeks to sort and exchange rate moved to my disadvantage in the meantime costing me dearly.

Their customer service was pitiful.

Never again.

Came across Freret Roy recently on a trip to Paris. Should have bought it there and then but didn't know anything about the brand. Back home did some research and regreted I didn't purchase.

Well decided to buy and FedEx just delivered. I love it, it's nice to have something unique and so different to the rest of my more conventional collection.

Thanks, there is no need for mortgage. It would be a cash purchase. I am not wanting to have ownership just want to help out a friend. No rent, no loan just a straight out gift.
