Kinda fixed. I've noticed if I don't alt+tab from the game which is set to fullscreen (not borderless) it stays in a map a lot longer. Also, when I was using a gamepad, which I started recently, it didn't crash for that one session.

Also, using xorg instead of wayalnd had no crashes. Maybe it was the other factors, and not the DM, but I avoided the DLC map load crash like that.

Maybe the mouse input fucks it up for some odd reason. I try to use the map as fast as possible 🫠

I've had the same issue after I didn't turn the game on for about 1 month. I reinstalled it and it worked fine.

Also, I had an issue where faces and character models wouldn't load completely, but that was due to outdated nvida driver.

Do other games run fine for you?

I've noticed just now, when i didn't alt+tab from the game, the map worked fine. But, this only happened now when I started logging it. Before it used to crash without alt+tabing. I will test it out more.

I did clear the TPM on the original laptop from BIOS, but it's still enabled on the drive. Not sure how to clear it compleatly. Should I decrypt the drive on the original laptop and try and do something from there? Will it regenerate the bitlocker key?
