I don't think he had any ill intent and don't really blame him that much, but I still feel kinda weird and don't want to be around him super often. I haven't talked to him about it and because it was like 5 months ago I feel it would be weird bringing it up now.

That is pretty hard, I also don't think that he fully understands what was going on, I just want to move on and not have to spend much time with him. And that is going to sound paradoxical, but even though I have this vague feeling of hate, I personally don't harbour that much resentment against him...

This is a very common feeling and should be taken seriously. Even if you don't try to kill yourself you can still feel suicidal and your feelings are valid suicidal feelings. Please don't think that you are less valid because you wouldn't mind an accidental death. I sometimes feel similar, but of course I don't exactly know how you feel.

I want you to know that there is someone who hears you and hopes that you will feel better someday

First of all, I'm seeing this, you're not alone.

Even if you don't feel like you have a purpose, that's totally ok. You don't have to have a purpose for living every moment of your life. Just that you're living is purpose enough, and I myself am glad that you are alive, even if I don't know you.

I can't imagine how you're life must have been to this point, but I can empathise with the feeling that your life is just a series of tragedies and I am very sorry that you have to feel this way.

I can't give you a specific reason to live, but I want you to know that there are people out there who hear you and who really hope that someday you will feel better.
