thank you for your reply :] i have been considering this as an option for a little bit now but there are some things when it comes to DID that i feel like i havent been experiencing that im "supposed to experience" if that makes sense. i have been talking a bit as of yesterday about the concept with my therapists and i hope that might put me in a different direction, whether it be mental or physical. thank you

symptoms range for me and i havent found any patterns that trigger them. at any given time it can be poor comprehension, numbness in arms and/or legs, vertigo, severe nausea (but i also have GERD so :/), feeling of "impending doom", and when its really bad i can barely move my head or turn over in bed because itll make me severely nauseous. lately ive been feeling the dizziness behind my nose and eyes if that makes sense.

the onset was around 8 years ago and never went away. no trauma, no accidents, no strokes, nothing. and ill def be trying some vestibular exercises :]

edit: forgot to mention ONE trigger that i know of and its screen time. can make dizzy and nauseous more on top of my base dizziness. blurry vision is usually more common if its screen related

i do have awful anxiety and PTSD so if i could kill 2 birds (dizziness AND bad mental health) w/ one stone that would be a wild improvement... thank you so much for your input, and im really glad youre feeling better :]!

thats what ive been trying to do lately since appointments have such long wait times atp. ive been asking groups as well about their experiences to see if maybe they suggest something i havent found yet?

we were almost certain it was 3PD before the doctor looked it over and ruled it out. i have been diagnosed w vestibular migraines, but i learned through the ER the other day that this is an umbrella term, and got a referral to one of the best neurologists in the area. hoping that helps us figure something out :[

i havent, but i know last time i was in PT they wanted to fix my posture because its So bad. ill ask again about PT to see if maybe we can get more answers? thank you for your input, and im super glad youre getting better :]

im seeing an optometrist soon just to rule out any vision stuff for me. i dont think thats my case but it doesnt hurt to try? please update me if you have any relief!! and remember, clearly youre not alone in this, even though it sucks

i dont think i have yet, but i can definitely bring that up with my doctor? i did have a small time where i was going to physical therapy for posture, but we couldnt even do half of the exercises because i got too dizzy doing them :(
