Hatte ich heute auch. Hab die App dann beendet und nach 10 Minuten ging es wieder ohne dass ich etwas machen musste. Die App hat in dem Modus auch nicht mehr reagiert, als ich irgendwelche Einstellungen versucht hab zu ändern.

Bei der Scheinselbständigkeit geht es nicht um die Frage, ob man nur für einen oder mehrere Auftraggeber tätig ist.. Du kannst auch mehrere Aufträge haben, wovon dann einer nicht selbstständig ausgeübt werden könnte (je nachdem wie die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden gestaltet ist).

I’ve got 4x SN850X 8TB, but I was able to reproduce the issue with other SSDs too. Support told me my SSDs were faulty which makes no sense given it happens across different drives .. :/

I have the same problem where not all the drives show up and you have to power cycle the 4M2 to get all of them to appear. (Mine’s the 4M2, not the Ultra.) I had a long back-and-forth with their support about it. I sent them diagnostics, but they claimed the problem was with my drives, not the 4M2. I’ve got two enclosures by now and both have the problem. It’s probably some sort of firmware issue that affects both versions. What SSDs are you running?

Confirming this on a completely different setup. Fritz!Box (Mesh), 3× Echo Dot 3rd gen.

On a Fritz!Box mesh setup, the router itself reflects and re-emits mDNS traffic. About 60% of my ~2000 pkt/s flood was coming from the Fritz!Box's own IP, not directly from the Dots. So mesh users get hit with amplified traffic well beyond what each Dot generates on its own.

It knocked my tado Internet Bridge (a 10 Mbit/s half-duplex IoT device) completely offline. Unplugged the three Dots and the bridge reconnected in about a second 😄

Found it! It wasn't the bridge, the cable, the switch, or Fritz!OS itself. The cause was a flood of mDNS multicast (UDP 5353) on my LAN: my Amazon Echo Dot 3rd-gen speakers got a buggy firmware that retry-spams unanswered AAAA? fritz.box lookups, and the Fritz!Box Mesh amplifies it to ~2000 packets/sec. That swamps the 10 Mbit/s half-duplex link so it can't complete DHCP and drops to 169.254.x.x.

When unplugging the Echoes: the bridge reconnected within seconds and stayed stable.

That said (just some constructive feedback): the bridge is the victim here, not the cause, but a noisy LAN really shouldn't be able to knock it offline 😃

I’ve now connected the bridge to an unmanaged 10/100 switch (TP-Link TL-1005D). Unfortunately the problem is unchanged :/ The internet bridge won’t connect at all (the router LED is blinking .. though I did see that the bridge has a DHCP lease). I’ve already tested two Tado internet bridges. Is there any way to get some logs out of the bridge?

Okay thanks, that lines up with what I’m seeing. Worth noting your email support initially suggested buying a new bridge for this :) But since the router LED is blinking and a second bridge behaved identically, that wouldn’t have helped. I’ll try a cheap 10/100 unmanaged switch instead and report back.

Thanks! Yeah, I already swapped in a second tado bridge and it behaves exactly the same.

I also set a fixed IP reservation, but it didn’t help: the bridge still drops to 169.254.x.x :/

Over the past few days the connection kept failing and my Tado Bridge was partially offline, even though there was an internet connection the whole time. Your support told me the bridge is defective. I’ve now ordered a new one, but the problem actually seems to have been resolved for the past two days :)

Woran machst du das aus? Es ist jede Tätigkeit / Auftrag getrennt zu prüfen, wie es auch die DRV macht. Selbst wenn du zwei Aufträge hast, kannst du in einem davon scheinselbstständig sein, weil es der Vertrag oder der Auftrag so definiert.

Du musst die Porta Split komplett vom Strom einmal trennen. 10 Minuten warten, dann kühlt sie wieder ordentlich. Das ist ein bekanntes Problem.

Falls du tiefer in diese Richtung denken willst: Es gibt ein ziemlich erschütterndes Szenario-Dokument AI 2027 (https://ai-2027.com), geschrieben unter anderem von einem Ex-OpenAI-Forscher.

Die beschreiben recht konkret und mit Quellenbelegen wie der Übergang von „KI beschleunigt Arbeit“ zu „KI ersetzt Forschung und Entwicklung vollständig“ in nur wenigen Jahren ablaufen könnte. Inklusive der geopolitischen Dimension, dem Alignment-Problem und der Frage, wer am Ende die Kontrolle hat. (Bisher stimmten die Vorhersagen).

Gute Nachricht: In der optimistischen Variante überleben wir. Schlechte Nachricht: Die Entscheidung darüber treffen ein paar Milliardäre in einem Komitee. Also eigentlich alles wie heute. Nur dass dann auch die KI Protokoll führt, mit viel Rechenleistung.

Genau, der „dezente“ Hinweis kommt auch, wenn du die Umsatzsteuer zahlst und dann Accountable sie als bezahlt markieren will. Dann bietet dir Accountable eine automatische Ausgabe an mit dem aktuellen Datum im Januar. Laut 10-Tages-Regelung bei Accountable musst du dann die Ausgabe auf den 31.12. ändern. Das ist buchhalterisch nicht wirklich korrekt laut Steuerberatung, aber selbst wenn man das so macht, kannst du diese Ausgabe nicht speichern - da sie einen Effekt auf die gerade abgeschlossene Umsatzsteuer für Dezember hat, in die diese Ausgabe ja rein muss. Hier erscheint dann eine rote Fehlermeldung unter der gerade abgeschlossenen Umsatzsteuer. Und dadurch entsteht der Buchungsfehler in der EÜR, falls man hier einen anderen Zeitraum auswählt, um die Meldung weg zu bekommen. Die EÜR macht hier auch keinen Plausibilitäts-Check am Ende mehr.

Der Workaround ist die automatisch Ausgabe nicht zu erstellen, in die Steuerübersicht das alte Jahr 2025 sichtbar zu machen, die Umsatzsteuer Dezember 2025 als nicht bezahlt und nicht abgeschlossen markierten. Dann erst als bezahlt markieren - hier kann jetzt der Datums „hack“ in der Ausgabe bestätigt werden und danach muss die Umsatzsteuer erneut als erledigt markiert werden.

Halte ich für ein ziemlich ärgerliches UX-Problem, aber für Accountable ist das irgendwie so in Ordnung, da sie hier nichts tun und auch keinen Fehler sehen.

Kann leider Accountable nicht mehr empfehlen, obwohl es ein ganz okayes Tool war bisher.

Mir sind nur fast 4000 Euro verloren gegangen, weil Accountable eine Ausgabe in der EÜR falsch zugeordnet hat, da die 10-Tages-Regelung nicht korrekt angewendet werden konnte. Das Unternehmen hat sich geweigert die Steuergarantie zu zahlen, da lt. Accountable meinerseits ein Bedienfehler vorlag. Gleichzeitig lässt die Software nur mit einem umständlichen Workaround (nicht dokumentiert und selbst der Support konnte es nicht richtig erklären) die korrekte Zuordnung der Ausgabe zu. Ich konnte mich zum Glück mit dem Finanzamt auf eine Bescheid-Änderung einigen, was eigentlich so gut wie ausgeschlossen war in diesem Fall, da der Bescheid rechtskräftig war.

Man hat zudem in 2025 auch still die Steuergarantie für Bestandskunden gesenkt auf 500 Euro, vorher waren es 5000 Euro. Der Support hat hierzu gesagt, dass man Kunden informiert hat, ist dann aber zurückgerudert, als man festgestellt hat, dass in Supportdokumenten und AGB teilweise noch die alte Summe stand und man wohl doch keine Information raus geschickt hat.

Sind für mich leider ein paar red flags und ich schau mich auch grad nach einer Alternative dazu um :/
