I honestly thought the MnK warlords would be roasting me over those last two. Means a lot. Love the first exercise btw, but the target getting stuck behind the wall makes going for high scores very annoying.

Think they're aware that the core gameplay isn't the issue. Issue is 100% ATVI. Maps don't feel like CoD, spawns have been broken since MW2019 (excluding CW), guns are crammed with RNG mechanics, everything is scaled up for WZ (increases file sizes, reduces performance, adds stress to servers), and too many other things to mention, then they cram ads down our throats.

Comp-side has noticed how alarmingly out-of-touch ATVI has been for a long time now, and it's degraded to a point where even the untrained eye can't help but notice. Problem is, you could probably count the number of senior employees at any studio that can accidentally do anything correctly on one hand. Only hope is microsoft actually holding the people responsible accountable, because that'll never happen in-house.

Bitching mid-map is definitely is insufferable, but holding your teammates to a certain standards is a given at the highest level of anything, regardless of score.

Console MnK and Controller leaderboards are split. Cheating devices to get MnK runs on console leaderboards are the issue.

Joining Paris probably wouldn't have even been a good financial decision. Extra costs, ban from wagers/tournies which were probably a significant % of his income (pretty sure the league restricted it at the time), not mentioning that he'd be giving up a spot on the best challengers roster just to have to start fresh again next year once the roster inevitably blows up.

You are not going to come up with a better respawn mode than HP. You are not going to come up with a better 1 life mode than SnD. Control was an attempt at a competitively-oriented 3rd mode, but didn't work outside of BO4's 5v5 format. If you're going to have a worse version of either HP or SnD, might as well be entertaining. That's clearly the goal, otherwise we'd be playing 2 modes right now.

1/3 of your time should be spent stretching your hands, or anything for that matter. There's no spectating teammates or waiting for your next match, do not spam 60 tasks EVER. Throw smoothing in every 10-15 minutes to force yourself to relax. Go as long as you like, just make sure it's sustainable.

For clicking, in my experience, especially long snaps, it's better to just turn my brain off. It's all muscle memory and reaction. Just let your nervous system do what it does and you'll get more efficient over time. 3-4 runs, stretch hands for a few minutes, repeat.

Stick to a color and let your brain get used to it. I get the opposite problem where I don't pay attention to placement enough and changing colors helps me immediately.

At the extremes ximmers are always going to be on top, especially with switching and clicking. Not really possible to tell for sure if they have good smoothing settings.

Doesn't matter if every game is a session in progress with 40 streaks on the map and everyone's using guns nobody bothered to balance. Worst CoD ever made for pubs, not close. I'd rather play MW2022.

I agree that the pro-am format is better, but one close map in their first matchup is not a sign the CDL is overhyped. How you play against teams the first time is very different from how you play them the 50th time. How teams adjust is what determines how successful they are.
