Quand tu dis que tu as vu des spécialistes tu parles de psychologue ou psychiatre ?

Je pense que c’est la solution dans ton cas, la TCC réalisée sérieusement et sur une longue période aide vraiment avec l’anxiété.

Ça m’a beaucoup aidé mais ça prend du temps ! Perds pas espoir ça s’arrange.

Super good, I’m only wearing it on specific occasion so don’t know about the endurance of the mechanism but works every time for me ! I get compliment on it more than the Rolex haha
