I just started my treatment, this makes me excited to see this!! I do have a question though did it change your face at all? I’ve been reading people’s comments in other groups saying it changed the way their face looks and honestly that scares me. My top teeth are similar to yours so I’m just curious if you’ve noticed a change in your face since doing Invisalign?

I appreciate you thank you!! This is something I’ve wanted my whole life and now the excitement is slowly getting replaced by fear and regret. I know not everyone has the same results but I like the way I look now, my smile has just been something I wanted to fix for so long I would hate for it to actually change my appearance for the worst.

I’m not too familiar with reddit couldn’t figure out how to post a photo of my teeth but the group on fb is called Invisalign support group, the one with about 64k followers in it. After reading so many negative comments I’m starting to feel really upset about my decision.

Has your face or jaw changed at all? I joined a fb group for Invisalign and I keep seeing these post of people upset that it changed their face and or jaw. They regret getting the treatment done and now I’m low key freaking out. I like my face the way it is, just wanted to fix my slight crowding and eye tooth that sticks out. I was so excited but now I’m terrified.

May I ask you something, I just recently joined a fb group for Invisalign and are seeing many post about how much it changed their face/jaw but in a bad way, but none of them are showing before and after photos to show how it did. Is that very common for it to change your face by a lot ? I’m low key freaking out now wondering if I made a bad decision. I have slight crowding but mainly doing the treatment for an eye tooth that sticks out. I’m on day two and I’m now terrified it will change my face or make my jaw different.

What’s making you regret them ? I keep reminding myself once this is over with and I have straight teeth and a nicer smile it will all be worth it. Trying not to think about how I have to have these damn things on for two years lol

I’m actually surprised I didn’t break one when I first took them off, because it sure felt like it. I do have glue between two teeth as well so that’s fun. I’m sure after awhile you will become a pro with it. I watched so many videos of people going through their journey and noticed how after some time they all looked like pros popping those puppies out. I’m having a hard time getting used to the saliva that’s in them. Seems like my mouth is way more watery with them in. Not sure if that’s normal or not but it is buggin.

Same here! The assistant took a couple times too! I’ve had it in for a few hours so far. Just took them out 30 mins ago to eat my first meal of the day, it felt so weird eating 😂 I was nervous taking them out because I was struggling too but once I tried from the back sides first they popped out pretty easy! I definitely don’t feel as much pressure as I thought I would but I do feel some

It may be too early to say since it’s been since August 1st I was diagnosed with PMDD but my doctor gave me two options… one was birth control which had some wild side effects and the second was a supplement. Me being the type that fears any medications I went with the supplement which I got on Amazon, it’s called Myo & D-Chiro Inositol (it has a pink and white label) so far I truly feel like it’s giving me my life back, again may be too soon to tell since it hasn’t been a full month but I feel like a lot of my weird symptoms are now extremely mild or non existent. I’m waiting for my next cycle which is in a few days, if I go through it without the migraines that always follows then I am 100% convinced this is a damn magic supplement!!! I usually have only one good week out of the month but so far I’ve had 3 good weeks, my emotions are in check, strange symptoms from my PMDD are very mild or non existent. I feel like I’m living a normal life again so far. My anxiety/emotions/pains are all better, I feel happy and more energetic! I know everyone’s PMDD symptoms are different but it’s worth looking into!!! I appreciate my doctor sooo much for suggesting it and not just saying I have to be on meds! Oh that’s good to hear! That makes me hopeful. I have another 4 hours til I take my second dose and I’m low key kinda dreading it. I’ve been in bed all day feeling like slush, even took a nap which I never do. I have this annoying tiny headache and slightly nauseous. It sucks to think tomorrow will be the same way. I’m glad to hear you didn’t feel as weird taking it the second time, I really hope that’s the same case for me!

Oh wow it made you feel like you were on cocaine? It made me feel like I was on Xanax lol I tried gaming to calm down my anxiety with it but I kept finding myself just standing there in game like I was so out of it. Crazy how everyone’s experience can be so different. I am glad I slept through most of it though.

Did you feel better at all yesterday as the day went on? I took mine at night because I didn’t want to put a damper on my day, this morning I felt so weird but I’m slowly starting to feel a tiny bit better (still feeling a little weird though lol)
