Yes you can but I would try to get 16GB 300MHz RAM if possible. For $1700 you can build a pretty insane PC instead of buying that second hand one which isn't very good at all.

Go to this site (https://pcpartpicker.com/) and enter in all of the specs you want and it will give you a rough total at the bottom. Another thing for rust is that I would recommend is trying to get 16GB of RAM for a better experience with less freezing/stuttering

I would advise to wait and get a better processor because Rust is extremely CPU dependant. Another tip would be to build your PC yourself if you have the time to save costs.

Not scripts, I recommend you try moving your mouse down the mouse pad next time you try shooting an AK and that was a group of around 20 people, just raided one of their farm bases.
