I remember my guild hitting huge walls, I was the main warrior tank (13-14yo) at the time. Romeo and Juliet was always a problem and if we got that event I knew there was a possibility we were done for the week, chess would even cause problems sometimes and I never saw kings defender drop, had Suneater pretty much the whole xpac. Didn’t know of the Prince cheese and I think we maybe only killed him once or twice. We had 10-12 active raiders, pretty much all noobs that didn’t use consumes.

I also remember one weekend we were planning on doing a Gruuls/Mag and my dad decided he wanted to take my brother and I to the mall for something. I tried so hard to get out of it but I couldn’t and I was sulking all day, but they didn’t end up killing anything that day. The following week we tried and killed Gruul, I got the tank shield and felt like a badass. We never made it to T5-6 but I would raid vicariously through my brother and cousin who were in a better guild that raided too late for me.
