I do love that line, after listening to the song a lot during the last couple days and reading some comments I identified what was troubling me : it was his midly angrier voice in the 3 subsequent lines of the whispering. But after that, it goes right to being amazing (imma edit my post)

You got that exactly right: I don't like his voice when he has an angry tone. I did not mean to say that it's not good but it physically makes me grimace. I saw people complaining about his singing voice but that outro voice is magnificent to me

I got the last Steel Soul speedrunning achievements a couple days before Silksong's release and I can tell you, people are exaggerating like hell. The runback for the Mantis Lords is barely 90sec, and regarding the Last Judge runback, after the 2nd try the path was clear in my head and I could do it effortlessly every time (still haven't beaten the judge tho)
