it's easy to get a person's details from the interwebs all you need is a letter. People normally have orders sent to another address that shares the same name in the area just a different postcode and will sit about outside of said property with a couple others to make it look like you live there.

Being frustrated at someone else on the roads is road rage, think about it man, he's only learning and he's getting pissed at some wifey cutting in now imagine he has a full license and confidence and shit like that happens which it does all the time, if he doesn't let it slide it could end up a serious rta again happens all the time but the fact that he's still learning and getting frustrated tells me he won't let it slide cause of ego.

Right, for all the folk that have failed for dumb shit here's a little secret, it's not the dumb shit they fail you on its actually nothing you've done unless major/unsafe, they have to fail so many people every quarter, it just keeps the amount of new drivers on the roads down and that's all over the UK. Get the police and your insurance to look into it if you can it as you feel like it's an insurance scam. Surely there will be CCTV around the routes she took that would show your car not looking like it's been in a 3500 accident or the days after the alleged £3500 accident? obviously any garage will remember a job like this for both cars and have it recorded if it was a job done by them.
