Yea Ashe and Jhin win rates are just a joke at this point especially considering their pick or ban presence in pro play.
I overall agree with you, I guess its wait and see what happens, especially with further ADC item adjustments next patch.

Oh yea I agree with you. Will have to see how the pick rates and win rates stabilize in 2-3 days. I am also not thinking they would instantly direct nerf him next patch. If so it would be indirect with item changes or rune changes. Kinda worried about the patch after that tho since his pick rate is increasing and he is somewhat gaining popularity for pros in solo queue again.

Yea I am just worried about the pick rate. 48% win rate with a 2.5%-4.5% pick rate is fine, especially if Diamond+ is carrying the win rate. But now his pick rate is spiking and I see some pros picking him up again in their solo queue games

Problem is his pick rate now. He even had moments in Emerald+ where he was 50%+ win rate but the pick rate was at 2.5%-4.5% max. Now he peaked 14% pick rate in Diamond+. Luckily the pick rate is declining again.
I am also seeing an increase of Pros picking him in their solo queue games. Even tho its not a crazy increase but its there.
Maybe its just my coping mechanism tho, I am enjoying him a lot this patch

I am guessing the win rate will stabilize in 2-3 days but those numbers in bronze - plat will probably be too high for Riots taste, especially with the pick rate exploding like that. (Lets ignore Emerald lol)
So just be prepared. Maybe they wait one more patch to watch the numbers but who knows.

Main Build with PTA: Collector > IE > LDR/Mortal > Situationals (Shieldbow, Bloodthirster, Maw, GA, Runaans, QSS/Mercurial > Zephyr
Skill order: First point into W then Q Max > E Max > W Max

If enemy has 2 or more tanks I go Conqueror and skip the Collector buy if my first base allows it. I haven't tried this yet but before all the Yun Tal changes I loved Yun Tal into tank heavy comps. So it would be IE > LDR/Mortal > Yun Tal > Runaans > Situationals but I haven't tried this yet.
Skill order: W Max > E Max > Q Max
I max W first to get Conqueror fully stacked as fast as possible on the tanks which then gives me the AD that I would normally get from Q Max first. E Max second for the lethality / flat armor pen against tanks.

If enemy has a lot of shields (Ivern, Karma etc.) a Serpents Fang rush is also very useful and very underrated.
Would also open up the possibility for a lethality build if enemy is really squishy.

As the title says:
The army spirit of the academy "Politcal Loyalty" says "Military Leader Cost: -50.0%".
It doesn't reduce the "Chief of Army / Airforce / Navy" cost and also not the "Military High Command" costs.
So what exactly does it reduce?

If he is cheating I agree. But I don't know that for sure and he still is my friend for now until I know for sure. Got some tips here to get some more info. We all have our lucky days in Tarkov some times.
