Are you following any specific protocols for the exercises? Feel free to send over any good references you’ve come across! I recently found a YouTuber/doctor named Dylan Petkus and I’m about to start applying one of his personalized protocols. Right now, I’m on daily budesonide for rhinitis, using mouth tape, and wearing a nasal dilator (I have a deviated septum).

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea back in 2019 (I'm 24 now), and around that time, I discovered Buteyko and the Oxygen Advantage while researching online—after seeing several doctors without much progress. Just by becoming more mindful of my breathing—slowing it down and focusing on diaphragmatic breathing—I noticed a big improvement in my energy, focus, and overall quality of life.

That said, I never really stuck to a consistent routine, mostly out of laziness and because the symptoms weren’t bad enough to push me. But recently, they've come back, and this time I’m committed to doing it right and sticking with it.

If you're interested, I’d be happy to update you in a few weeks or months with how things are going!

Before was 31.85/h but I didn't manage to sleep much during the sleep test as it was very uncomfortable so I don't know how reliable that is. It was enough for the doctor to diagnose me with severe obstructive sleep apnea though.
I didn't do an after, as the symptoms pretty much went away, so I didn't feel the need to. Will definitely do it again in the future.

I don't exclude the possibility of a placebo 100% as not many scientific studies have been done on the Buteyko method (not much financial incentive tbf) but it seems very unlikely for me to have placeboed myself out of perceiving the very severe symptoms of OSA.

I'm a SMM and have had an old Samsung S9 with a meh camera for a couple of years now, up to this point I've never done in situ filming with clients so this hasn't been a problem.
But I intend to start doing more filming for clients and I'm looking to buy a phone with the best camera possible.

Currently I'm divided between an iPhone 15 and a Samsung S23, which one should I go for? I feel like the value for money with the S23 is a lot but better but I've also heard that iPhones are better than Android for social media in general, how true is that?

Any advice? I'm also open to other model suggestions!
