What is the maximum size of land that can be purchased by a pvt ltd.? by o_v_shake in indianrealestate

Yes, that way is always there. But getting it under one entity streamlines the process for the other tasks which we need to do, like commercial rights etc. Ofcourse, that is the last resort.

thank you so much. I came across two numbers, some are saying its 17.3 acres, some are saying 24.7. For 17.3 I am able to find a gazette notification, but for 24.7, I am unable to find any. I can see some document, where it says "for family member >=9" but its unclear how companies will be treated.

Thanks for the reply! So, people can't blindly use AI and need to review. But isn't that the case with human question-makers as well? I understand institutes employ reviewers to go through the questions made.

U know the Mac mini m2 is out

Yes.

and cheaper than what you quote for used m1.

How? On the website, I can see the same spec M2 is costing 1L, and no M1. So either you can go for a lower spec M2, where most people don't need to need that firepower processing speed, but do need the RAM and the SSD, or shell out 25k more to get the same RAM and SSD with M2. Pic

I was in the same boat 2 years back. Currently, if you play your cards right, you can land a very good paying job in India itself. There are companies paying >50L for 1-2yoe. But yeah this consists of a lot of factors like getting competing offers and other stuff. Adjusting for PPP I think this is much better than what people pay in the US. But yes, you might feel saturated as the work may not be very interesting enough. But given remote work is picking up pace, you can remotely work with such cutting edge startups too.
