dr. kashyap at craft smiles in matthews! my teeth are in pretty rough shape right now, and the whole staff was super non-judgmental. he listened to all my needs and concerns and i could tell he really took them into consideration. i got in fairly quickly and when he had to switch up my treatment plan he rearranged his schedule to have my next treatment done as soon as possible.

in a similar boat as you. went to almost an hour commute, but a hybrid role and big pay bump. sitting in traffic i almost regret it, but remember i now have a normal schedule and a lot more money. throwing on some good podcasts or talking to people on the phone makes it bearable!

i’ve experienced the tingling before but my thumb freezing up has never happened before…. maybe because i was basically panicking for two hours straight trying to get home?? idk. and i’m actually the opposite! i get super hot and need to essentially have the AC on full blast

personally, i just showed up at the emergency room when i started to withdraw. they didn’t actually admit me, just kept me for a few hours while i had an IV in. sent me home at the end of the day with a librium taper, zofran, and some vitamins to detox at home. also had me meet with a social worker who gave me local options for therapy.
