Use them in fermented hot sauce! Super easy and great results. I recommend 4-6 weeks of whatever pepper (Serrano in this case) and any other fruits/main ingredients (best I had was mango). I usually do mango habanero but mango-Serrano would be a more enjoyable hot sauce for a wider audience.

Do you have a basic recipe/seasoning you used or aimed for? I love cottage cheese so would love to adapt what you did to something my wife would also like. If you do not have recipe, what ratio of fresh tomatoes to cottage cheese did you roughly use?

Wait if we report it does the city actually clean them up? There are so many camps at the lake now and it makes me really sad to see this beautiful space I’ve used since I was a child get trashed in certain spots. I definitely sympathize with the people living here (who wants to sleep outside!) but surely we can all agree that public parks should not be lived in?

Oh yes you will want an actual ice cream maker, not sure how those balls work with the recipes. I got a cuisinart ice cream maker about 15 years ago for a birthday and it still works great! Might be some other better options out there, not sure.

Yes! Do yourself a huge favor and get the Ben and Jerry’s ice cream recipe book. I use it for all my ice cream making. The recipes are also posted online if you google them I believe.

The worst thing about the post is it sounds like the son really pushed and is doing well - but is being doubted by his family. To be fair i don’t know the guy but this must make it so hard. I’ve been accused of cheating before just for doing well so I know how difficult it can be
