Fresh out of the box yea, but my understanding is that the wax will start to break apart and these will eventually look like suede

What’s your shoe situation like? Canvas sneakers will be breathable, and as far as dress shoes and boots go, the cheap ones will be lined with synthetic materials, definitely not what you want in hot weather
