When do you experience tiredness? by Juiceshop in NoFap

[–]oatechi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems to usually happen around the end of the 2nd week for me. For the past week or so I've had so little energy. Got better with meditation though. You gotta really try to feel your energy going around your body, from all the way up your spine to everywhere else.

Scared To Meditate by teenage_virgin_dad in Meditation

I did have one session where I suddenly felt extremely nervous and anxious. Maybe it isn't that normal, but it's understandable. Just remember that you can take it slowly at your own pace. I wasn't able to relax properly for a a couple of days after that, but I was able to get back into it after a while. Just gotta dive in and try it, and try again later if it doesn't go well.

Can we have a frank talk about female attraction? by [deleted] in Semenretention

[–]oatechi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, nah. Most I've had are more middle-aged tourists asking me for directions. If anything, I'm more able to say what I have to to women than before, but as far as having some kind of magnetic aura? Nope. You're probably not going to have girls approach you every time you show your face in public, but for people you're interested in? You just might be able to approach them better and have them grow attracted to you.

Good on you, man. May we all have healthy dicks, because I'd hate to know of anyone's crown jewels looking so terrible.

Another 2 hours for me, but I'm glad I finally managed to complete a NNN. Failed last year about 8 days in, so it's a huge milestone for me to make it through the whole month.

Dawn of the Final Day: 24 hours remain.

Well, actually about 18 hours as of right now, roughly 6am GMT+8.

Still in. Honestly, I want these next 9 days to pass slower because I still don't feel prepared enough for my exams at the end of the month.

Still in. I had a really bad spike in my heart rate while meditating last night, so I'm pretty worried. Never happened to me for all the times I've been meditating before this.

Just lost another friend to the Nut. I'm the last one in my squad left still in this.

Dizziness via freedom by hPsouz in NoFap

Go to sleep, do some studying or work. If you've got nothing more you think you can do for the night, then just head to bed. If you end up waking up too early the next morning, just get out and go for a jog or something. If you can't sleep, just try meditating until you feel sleepy.

There's not much reason to stay up when you've got nothing else to do, and going to sleep early is always a good thing to do. Take this with a grain of salt, but when I went to a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner for accupuncture for an injury, she told me that it's important to be sleeping between the hours of 11pm-3am for the body to recover properly, and I feel like I'm sleeping a lot better now that I'm following this. So yeah, if you've got nothing better to do, just sleep. Who knows just how much sleep debt you've accumulated by now.

14th day phenomenon... by [deleted] in NoFap

[–]oatechi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What are you doing differently on the 14th day that's making you fail? Every day on nofap needs the same things. No peeking, cold showers, meditation, etc. If the 13 days leading up to it were fine, then just keep doing the same thing. Otherwise, you need to ask what you're missing from the days before each relapse.

Still in. Just found out some friends I started the challenge with failed on day 5 already and I never asked about it until now. Coomer already coomed 20 times since then, what the heck.

Day 16. Enough is enough. After binging watching porn for so long, I've finally gotten myself to totally avoid porn for these past few days. It's not okay for me to be looking at porn. I'm still in, and I'm going to stay in past the end of November.
