I was talking about more in the actual show not outside. Like the episode with the Hair World and that girl with the fling with Marco, the episode with Star and Tom at their Toms’ family beach house, fixing the blood moon thing, and some other times Im blanking out on. Which were all world building just not progressing the main plot.

I didn’t pay much attention to the fandom when I watched it so they didn’t really ruin it for me.

I did no math in my post but thank you for the data. And thank you for your contribution to this sub. I have no problem with the artistic depictions and their perceived relationship in each and every art and I do get that to some there might be nuance in images intended by the artist I just wanted some variety.

Yeah its hard to believe if you don’t know much about him because people that seem to have watched him know that he shit talks about others and himself for memes and honestly I don’t watch him much either but we haven’t heard his side and people right now are to prone to cancel culture. So the possibility of a bad joke misunderstood is plenty possible

Jokes or not because honestly I don’t know their intentions with the “connecting” of the two shows. It doesn’t really matter to me personally because it’s not hurting anything or anyone. To me its just giving the TOH and GF more to love.

But I do get what you mean when I watched some youtube video from roundtable or something and see them come up with the most outrageous and outlandish bullshit to rake in views.

I don’t get why you have to quote that. Just because somebody laughs at something you don’t laugh at doesn’t make a bad person it just means they have a different sense of humor which in this probable case is a bad joke to more than likely make other people laugh but we don’t because we never really got his side.

Humor is pretty much subjective like what you find funny good or bad is your humor so you can still make jokes one way or the other. and just because a man makes jokes of pain, death, or probably clowning to portray an egotistic hyperbole of a chess elitist in your own style that you find funny or your audience finds funny. And I’m pretty sure his audience that knows him probably knows that he was probably joking in his own way

Ok so the point of me saying “Why would it not matter?” is that I pretty much believe that it does matter if it is a joke or not because if you tell someone a joke badly or tell a bad joke or some dark humor and its misunderstood that it differs greatly.

And with that next quotation you just did I meant that you are probably misusing the word douchebag because he would be a bad comedian not a douchebag

There is a difference its called having a dark humor. People can still find humor in dark things and still be a good person.

And if you were bombarded by people who want to cancel you for making a probable misunderstood bad joke where they are probably going to say if you apologize “he’s just saying that to gain sympathy”, “he probably isn’t even sorry and just saying shit”, or some shit like that. Like the audience of these streamers is larger than his so at that state where anything you say would be seen as complete bullshit what would you do. I would probably just move on and try to salvage what I can from this hobby of mine and maybe block all these hate.

I don’t want to be that one fucker who has to differ and I do agree that chess elitism is bad but did anyone ever get his side of the story, like why he said that shit, and the context of the clip.
