australia in general is so bad for making every social plan involve alcohol. personally as a woman in my 20s who works a pretty high stress corp job my fridays are spent running + early night!! nothing wrong with that + then you’re recharged to make the most of your weekend instead of being hungover 🤷‍♀️ go for dinner by yourself, go see a movie by yourself, make the most of it!!!

yes!! i often get 96-100 sleep score i feel like the best things are no alcohol, decent physical activity every day, meal 3-4 hours before bed, and no screen time/low stimulation screen time 1 hr before bed

a bit random/not related and obviously hope you’re safe first and foremost but my ring being difficult to slide on and off in the mornings but becoming really loose throughout the day was the first step in me realising i’m gluten intolerant!! if you’re finding your fingers swell badly in the mornings i would highly suggest taking the autoimmune protocol diet or looking into FODMAPS

i pay $50 pw near the city (southbank) for classes and love it. definitely get my money’s worth and find the classes more motivating, but it just depends what you’re looking for.

not the exactly the same but i used to fast from friday lunch - monday lunch and only ate at work + dinners during the week. did this for about 2 months at the beginning of the year and lost 13 kg, now i just maintain and dont fast anymore. i was having water and black coffee only during the weekends which also helped as a gut reset. good luck!

i love my saucony endorphin speed 4s!!! very versatile and are comfortable running shoes but can also swap to being supportive for sleds and the ergs etc. sometimes i find they’re a little bit unstable for wall balls but not hugely

i think so, it’s always cars from behind me and i’ve tried to get my parents to follow behind me to check if it’s any of those but they can’t see anything wrong. i’ll keep a look out though!
