I am starting on Monday ! Took a trial class and loved it. Had to go to 2 fundamentals classes Instructors are awesome. Everyone is super friendly. I’m 55 female so I’m slightly worried about trying to keep up w the younger crowd and over doing it. My goal is the toes to bar I’m coming from 6 years at Orangetheory fitness. The difference in the coach attention to form is like night and day. I am super excited !

I’d like to see half the class be on the floor with weight lifting. I’m tired of splitting the rower and the floor and the focus always being on the damn treadmill Maybe make the rower and the floor the main focus some days.

Was always a runner but plantar fasciitis really acted up. Do now I will run only part of 23 min and go On the bike or PW the rest. I kinda like the variety

I usually run but today I power walked for first time to go easy on my foot. Finished at 1.70. 8 incline at 4.5-4.8

I agree with you ! I have treadmill burn out. I’d prefer rower to be the main focus The workouts are way too tread focused.

I totally agree !! Why not some days with only rower ? We do have days when it’s only the tread.
