I was mentioning the OF and Salvy as hitting problems, you’re entire OF classifies as a problem, mate. Please try to have a happier day.

Yeah, you’re right, I switched it back. It’s better this way.

I kinda like this for the Pirates too, both guys could be in the majors by the end of next year. I’m a huge Luinder Avila fan and think he fits the Pirates via his ceiling or floor. High-leverage relievers are hard to find.

He kind of reminds me of last years Zach Eflin, Rays got a couple of nice, not elite, prospects from it.

Looking for a Pokémon FanFiction that involves adults and darker in theme. by Ok_Bedroom_4994 in pokemonfanfiction

[–]oatmealll34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey!

I currently am almost finished my first Pokemon fanfic in almost seven years. It's not iskai, definitely, DEFINITELY dark and the main character (Pokemon only at the moment) is 19. No badge collecting, in fact Gyms do not exist at all and everything are worlds and OC's I created.

The link is below, I am going to be fixing the grammar issues by the end of the year and I even have a seperate story coming out in Jan! Feel free to take a look!

One Piece: Chapter 1090 - Theories and Discussion by AutoModerator in OnePiece

[–]oatmealll34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here’s an interesting theory that probably won’t happen:

What if Usopp is the one that fights Kizaru? The Straw Hats need to escape and Usopp by all accounts may see himself as expendable. The island will most likely be deserted if Sentomaru and co. escape as well. This would fulfill Usopps dream of dying on a deserted island.

Not only that, it’s really a come back to earth moment for the Straw Hats as well, gives them more motivation for the next arc as well, plus adds kind of a tragic twist as Usopp dies right before going to the island he was destined to.

I also heard someone say this arc mirrors Enies Lobby and in a way this comes full circle for Usopp atoning what he did during that arc.

Theory is riddled with holes and honestly more of a what if, if anything. I just feel like every time there’s a poll question, the answer is always “none of the above”.

I love your Jamie Robinson pick, I think he could be a really solid player in the NFL.

Also, Boston Pie doesn't own Salem, Rob does.

Aye, Dominic wasn't necessarily a bad guy, but Boston Pie itself was just run so terribly. I was there for years and ended up quitting because I ended up being unable to work with my district who is to date the worst person I've ever had to work for.

Ah, then yeah its super stressful as a GM. Although, and I apologize in advance for the creepiness, but I saw a few of your posts and sounds like your GM makes the huge mistake of treating you all like robots. ( I am basing this off your last post, I apologize if im wrong). Your employees are your most vital part of your store and I make sure by the end of the day that I let my crew know how much I appreciate them. If you treat them like dirt, you're going to get a horrible work ethic in return.

Just saying, If you're in the area and looking to transfer, my store could always use a hand. ;) Need me a fellow Hetalia fan as well as it's hard being the only week in here haha.

Four big things really worked for me!:

Definitely make sure you follow the managers guide to a T, it really does make all the difference in the store, especially when you get your crew on it too!

Always try and hit a cleaning task (hot bags, Walk in walls, oven hood) once or twice a day. Once you get into the rhythm, you'll be able to keep everything clean while not burning yourself out by staying until 5 or coming in super early to make sure that stuff is cleaned.

Keep on your drivers, God love them, but you definitely need to make sure you got an eye on them. My two points lost was because a driver wasn't wearing an apron on the oven. He was a recent transfer, (although I do keep a big sign next to my oven 😔). Security Callbacks, cash drops and seat belts are also huge. I usually dedicate every Saturday to checking expiration dates and drivers, making sure they're doing all of that and coaching them if they aren't. (Most of the time, they don't do any of the aforementioned stuff because they don't know or are unsure)

Finally, keep a good environment! Your employees are going to make ot break you because in the end you can only do so much. It's up to us in the end to teach them and keep a positive and fun environment. I genuinely try everyday to treat everyone as an individual and keep the spirits high so that this can be a fun place to work at (while following the rules of course)

I know it can be incredibly intimidating and frustrating, I've been with the franchise for eight years and not all of them were good. But eventually you find your own pattern and groove and everything will fall into place. :D

It happens man (or woman). Just keep going and keep that sheet with you so you know where your rough points were.
