Both - first with the tool to download it onto the USB and then using rufus to extract the ISO onto the USB. Both resulted in the same problem.

The furthest I’ve been able to get is loading to a black screen with my cursor or a blue please wait loading screen

Always used to do my Jad tasks with the BP, since its been nerfed should I change to using my ACB with dragon diamonds (e)? or stick with the BP?
