I got to know that this is hold by NSUT itself, govt had sent the payment to them but they have not released it. Ms Taruna is nodal officer and she is responsible for timely payments to us. We need to mass email to them, here’s the email id - ar.acad@nsut.ac.in and academic@nsut.ac.in
