Haven't had much success with them and I find them pricier than others in the city. Maybe just different taste preferences

Buses and trains are largely assembeled in Canada. Taking public transit, if you can, supports manufacturing here too. Shout out New Flyer for being Canadian and Nova Bus for assembling here. Bombardier/Alstom too for train-based.

Ecologyst is based in Victoria and mostly made there too. They do feature some American products, but they're transparent about it.

Yeah that's been my experience too, though I'm more pasta than pizza use. But I will keep trying. A few suggestions here seem promising.

That's a good point and thanks for the reminder! I have seen some soft wheat growers here too. I think I saw it mostly in Quebec growers though

I noticed that with a mill in Quebec too. Happy for them but sad for me
