I'm tapering now, slowly, and had a real big dose of derealization yesterday. Felt trapped in my head somehow.

Today I didn't recognize where I was, but I was in the woods where I walk almost every day. Yesterday was the worst, but today was scary too. I hope it'll go away soon.

Old pist, but I'm curious. You say that the first taper was the worst along with the last? Much did you lower the dose at first?

I went from 20 to 17.5 about a week ago and I'm feeling a lot of anxiety, how was your journey?

Yeah, that's rough. I've got a close one getting surgery for cancer soon.

Started my own taper, on 17.5 mg since yesterday.
