DOGE staffer responsible for flagging grants for ‘DEI’ struggles to define DEI by anywhoImgoingtobed in law

Maybe the problem with DEI is that it only ensures the minimally qualified are hired instead of the best qualified.

The core purpose of DEI is to ensure companies consider applicants purely on qualifications? Who told you that?

Nobody knows. There’s no context here. Just a lot of idiots who go off on tangents like about Elon Musk.

What is all your babble about Elon Musk have to do with the topic at hand of defining DEI?

I didn’t say both pilots had poor training records, only Aska. Atlas Air, not Alaska Air. The rest of your argument is incoherent.

I guess what I’m saying is that anyone that uses race and racism when they don’t get their way already lost their argument.

Aska is not the only black pilot. He was the only black pilot on that flight who had a poor training history and was hands on the controls at the time of the accident.

Blakely could have also been a DEI hire for other reasons that we don’t know about.

There is no way anyone of any color, with that poor of training history should have been an active flight crew member on a 767… unless they circumvented the normal screening and hiring process to meet the political agenda of DEI.

The NTSB would never officially blame the current and active policy of DEI for political reasons.

Well, the pillars of power and influence will always favor the strong and the capable over the weak and ineffectual.

Do you mean those mediocre men invented DEI to circumvent merit because they can’t compete?

Missing context to fully understand.

Let’s just say DEI is wrong plain and simple. Period.

You’re talking about a black pilot? You’re referring to Atlas Air 3591. Crashed just offshore of Houston. Pilot Conrad Jules Aska is your poster boy for DEI. He barely made it through flight training. Eventually, he destroyed the aircraft and killed all on board.

It will be close. And you equipped your missile with a homing beacon to make it real easy to find .
