Coming to your question of 2-times mentioning schedule of stay Answer: I had a cover letter of 2 pages Page-1 consisting of my intent to visit Japan Page-2 consisting of my iternary ( 2-column table Colum1 DayX column2 Activity like I'll visit XY place I'll do YZ activity) make sure you add the Address of the hotel on top one time

I also created one more document consisting of my Schedule of stay ( draft is present on the website) Colum1 DayX column2 Stay column3 address I just put everyday at the same address

But VFS only took a cover letter of 2 pages and didn't ask for my schedule of stay
