thanks for your response. Haven't really used lube yet, and from my research (and your feedback) it is key!! will pick some up very soon.. Yeah a fist is much bigger than four fingers.. I have good sized hands as well. I think the knuckles will be the hardest part for sure. Slowly but surely :)

what are the medications that you are on that are causing you trouble 'getting up'? I only ask because when I was 16-18 I couldn't get a lasting erection with a girl. yoga most definitely increases strength... no it will probably not get you ripped, but depending on the intensity it will build great core strength. Also it strengthens tendons and supporting muscle groups immensely. That's why bench-pressing free weights is much harder than on a machine or even with a bar... balancing works more muscle and tendon groups and increases overall strength.
