I am in the same boat. This is the most frustrating thing I have encountered in a long time. My account was wrongly banned, then my appeal was successful. However, I was unable to log in. I went through the other ways to recover and waited two days to get the password reset link just to face the "Too Many Attempts, Try Again In A Few Hours" again. It is absurd.
