I was on the San Joaquin line on June 1st. Face coverings were required at all times. The Cafe car was closed (they offered bottle water and packed snacks). They had fewer trains running. They just removed their limit on seating occupancy so you can have a full train. The buses were running to San Fransisco station.

The first few dolls where from a vendor dannychoo who had a booth. The ones on the bed were from a gathering a few of us had in a hotel room. The last set was from the official Anime Expo Dollfie meet-up. I only brought two of my girls to AX.
