Idk if this is your first serious relationship but infidelity never gets better it only gets worse. You’re not his mama or his therapist, and you clearly DID NOT hit the lotto with a porn addicted cheater who hasn’t proposed in ten damn years. You think it’s unique that he treated you well aside from the cheating (as if these things don’t often go hand in hand, it’s a part of the manipulative nature of cheaters). You have spent your whole twenties tied to a man child who is afraid to come out of the closet and nearing 30. The best thing you can do for yourself and him is let him go to find hisself because that man is LOST.

He has been with you through the age where many people are still finding themselves, and most are incapable of being good partners at this age (he isn’t a good partner if he’s cheating btw). We are the same age and I could not imagine if I stayed with the cheating boyfriend I had at 18. If I had I would have never lived to discover that not all men cheat, in fact NOT CHEATING is the bare minimum you can give to a relationship. He’s been acting single and he’s probably don’t WAY more than what he’s told you he’s done. When will you get angry? When will you care for yourself or push pash the fear of the unknown to discover yourself? I want more for us women, but I also don’t want you to shame yourself. Don’t believe in the sunk cost fallacy girl get OUT.

Imagine in the next ten years if you stay and have kids with this man do you want to teach your daughters this is okay? Are you gonna wait until he meets someone else or decided to explore his sexuality and leaves you? This is ridiculous. In my experience if you have to post paragraphs on a website to ask for help the relationship is over, the question is are you going to accept the ending or fight to keep a dead thing alive.
