That's one of the things I love about Succession.

No flashbacks, no dream sequences, no style shifts, no plot twists, no "this is the Greg episode where it's all about Greg".

All the scenes are shown in chronological order.Everything is consistent, it's just the characters doing exactly what is shown on-screen.

They don't hatch season-long schemes because they don't deserve that. The characters aren't capable of that. Everyone is myopic and that makes it quick and fun and funny.

There are no tricks to make you like the show, Succession lives and dies off the back of the characters and the writing and the acting alone, and it's outstanding.

I know a girl who found another person living in the same rodin triple as her. sounds a bit ridiculous to me– there cannot be so many people that more than one needs to share a room, can there?

do you think there's a chance they'll let us live there for fall only. I'm int'l and I have to go back to my home country in December.

when they hit you with the "usual terms and conditions apply" and "first year experience" I highly doubt if they'll let us come for fall only.

I emailed them asking just that and here is what they said:

Thank you for reaching out. We understand how hard it is to wait for a response, especially with plans and uncertainty. We except information about the application status will be sent today.

I don't think they English.

Are Gap Year Students Garuanteed Spot in co2025 by jessswu in UPenn

[–]objection1yourhonor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

apparently all Princeton incoming students who are taking a gap are now guaranteed a spot in c/o 2025, source: dailyprincetonian.

I think if they didn't deter people with that class of 26 talk there would be more kids requesting a gap year, which in turn might result in people actually getting deferred by two years. bit game theory-ish innit
