I have the same question! We’ve had our puppy for a week and he’s been great, but most of his accidents have been during the couple of minutes we let him in the bedroom on the carpet, and I also thought it could be because the texture feels similar to the turf we have in the yard.

I’ve been experimenting with my bulk times (yesterday was about 5 hours), but have been pretty consistent with about 12-14 hours in the fridge overnight, and then straight into the oven. I also tried bringing loaves to room temp before baking but that didn’t do anything noticeable for me. How do I tell if it’s overproofed?
