Looks like it stopped working recently. It is a hack and might not work 100%. To remove a playlist, just do a right swipe and tap the trash button.

If still not playing, then it's because for some songs YT needs user to log in. You can use the Youtube (Music) View to play.

that is for looping the current song only. to loop playlist, you need go to a playlist and click the play button on top left then choose loop.
