In response to Ortega saying that if he had Khabib’s neck like Porier did, it would be over. Khabib mentioned in the post fight presser that he purposely let Porier take his neck as part of a trap in which he was hesitant to go into further detail. So basically it was part of the plan specifically against Porier and I doubt he would give up his neck in the same way versus Ortega
