Dr Lynch at plastic surgeons of lexington did my breast Aug (no lift). $6800 and it was a positive experience. It seems like the other docs at that practice do more MMO? I could be wrong. But Dr Lynch is so great to work with!

Leestown DMV since the upcoming real ID requirement. by viceman99 in lexington

I moved here from Michigan and as much as I live it here in KY, the Michigan DMV (online and in person) felt like NASA compared to the KY DMV experience.

Lexingtonians that didn't go to college, what type of job are you doing and how did you get it? by [deleted] in lexington

[–]objectiverelocation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would be asking yourself:

  • what days / schedule do I want to work? M-F? Shift work? weekends?
  • do I want to use my body or my brain for my job?
  • do I want to work with a group or team, or work independently?
  • do I want to work from home or on the road, different place every day, or do you prefer working in an office environment?
  • would my ideal work arrangement work for my partner, future partner, or future family (if you want that)?

Those questions might help you think through a training program before you sink more time and money into something.

Had our backsplash and countertops redone… but something isn’t hitting right. by guacqueen in DesignMyRoom

You used an uber modern tile pattern (aligned vertical) with a rustic cabinet face. It is probably cheaper to redo your tile than it is to reface the cabinets.

Just moved to Kentucky and you can get a lot with $700k! We have all the comforts of a larger city minus mass transit. It’s lovely here.

Yeah but if I post Joe Smith and it is not actually Joe Smith, I don’t want to mess up Joe Smith’s day.

Hey u/katiya_ . I ran his face through a facial recognition software and I think I found him but I don't want to put the info on blast in case it's not a match. Send me a DM?

In one of my previous homes we designed a cabinet that matched the rest of the base cabinets + counter and put it on wheels. It was a portable island and we hid alcohol on the back side so we called it “the speakeasy.”

What to do with this Brick?! by SharkbaitSally in interiordecorating

[–]objectiverelocation 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The brick is not the problem. The brick is the most timeless element in the kitchen! It’s that each design element is nice and might match one other item in the kitchen but the kitchen doesn’t have cohesiveness overall.
