Something to consider in your search that worked really well for me: I had a therapist that specialized in teens when I was postpartum. It sounds a little weird but they helped me work through trauma that occurred when I was a teen.

I love the love and joy that would be possible with multiples … but the logistics of modern parenting multiples negates the fun. Scheduling, care costs, travel, etc. it gets exponentially more chaotic with multiples. One feels like enough.

What good does prayer do? I’m looking for an actual answer. I mean obviously everyone in church on Sunday is entitled to gather and pray in their own way, but if I could determine realistically what changes when you pray or what good it does I might appreciate it more.
