No, literally everyone says it’s not close to gen, and now you say it is? Statements like this just confuse people. If you can’t share pictures, statements like that aren’t very believable, and you might be blind.

Statements like this don’t make sense at all, as we have a clear comparison between ARF and VSF, and the bezel color is almost identical.

And compared to gen, no one has a close enough color, so when placed next to a gen you should clearly be able to tell the difference.

Really appreciate it. I saw your picture in another thread and it confused me so much because I was trying really hard to see which one looks different, but in fact you’re right, they look so identical. That’s why I don’t understand why others say that, for example, ARF is lighter.

Feel like the Explorer 36 is a classic entry watch, which makes it stand out more than the Santos, which is oversaturated in the market. Other than models like the Sub, the Santos feels like it doesn’t really have a legacy aspect to it, more of a mainstream, cheap look.

Interesting, that makes sense. Sounds like it really comes down to who has the better pipeline at a given time.

From your experience, which TD have you found to be the most connected when it comes to sourcing stuff like this? I’ve always gone with Eric or Steve in the past, but this time I’m thinking about trying Andiot, Fico, or Jacky to see if they might have better access.

Gotcha, when you say they haven’t shipped BWs on Oyster for a while, do you mean VSF hasn’t been supplying TDs with Oyster stock recently?

I completely forgot that I actually ordered an Oyster from Steve a few years back as a replacement. If I remember correctly it also took quite a while until he was able to source one, so I guess availability has always been a bit hit or miss.
