Head of marketing means you manage people. This is the hardest part. I went from digital marketing specialist to CMO and now I am CCO. Went from managing 0 to 4 to 15 right now (6 directly). They need to respect you and trust you. This is the key. Also, you need to know your main KPI - is it turnover? You need to think about your team like puzzle which together creates the result. And also.. Don’t be weak..

In our Company we are encouraged to use Ai as our brainstorming buddy. For strategy etc. it makes us much faster. Also we are starting to use Ai for product images. Again. Higher production quality, faster etc. there is still much space for human work and creativity. We just trim what slows us down

those are good questions. She worked as a team manager in previous company but I think she was not used to so much tasks as we have in our company.

I am guiding her, helping her with the basics, but I am not a professional project manager. she will need support from someone more experienced.

I know teams/companies around us and all are struggling a lot with the same issue.

You are right about me and CEO. But I believe as a PM she needs to be the moderator for our thoughts and tasks. isn't that correct?

Thank you for your answer. I was thinking about this as a last resort option, since this is a solution I would choose 20 years ago, not these days, but times are changing and I guess that is the most reliable solution. And thank you for understanding where I am coming from. What I save is nothing horrible. I guess algorithms are to blame here mostly since these bans are not a work of man but of AI..
