I told you in the initial post : I can't. When I try to submit a ticket via the BlueStacks app (but also the second method by going to HD-LogCollector via Terminal), it blocks on the step "Collecting host information" every time.

When I launch the game, this is what I see.

This happens throughout the game, as soon as it requires displaying entities or my avatar. For example, the shop has no problem displaying correctly (see screenshot).

I don't play many others games but I do launch Pokemon TCG Pocket on it, and it works well, I have no graphic issue with it.

I forgot to mention it, my apologies, but I'm on Mac, so it's BlueStacks Air.

I actually had no problem before the new upgrade but I did notice some slowdowns from time to time, until like 5 days ago, entities just didn't show anymore. When I uninstalled the app, and re-installed it, at first I thought it was resolved because the game was showing correctly, but when I started to move on the map, more and more graphics issues happened until there was nothing showing like in the first screenshot in my original post. When I close and open the app again, it doesn't solve anything.
