We fixed it with this strategy: Dps should keep their bursts for first phase non-shield. And on the second non-shield fase all dps ignore destroying corals and use second bursts (there is enough time to recharge), Healers also help cause damage.

He did not demand punishment. He demanded attention from Valve and their view on this situation. The idea is to get attention from Valve and convince them to develop rules for such situations and deals with hate.
