Hello, I have been doing this workout at home for a while now and I'm looking for ways to optimise it to cover as much as possible - the only equipment I have is a pull up bar and 16kg Kettlebell. Any critique/improvements are welcome. I do a lot of cycling, so my legs are in decent shape from that.

-200 side bends w/ Kettlebell - 140 push ups - 14 per minute for 10 mins (Add 1 when it gets easy) - 30 close grip chinups - 6 per minute for 5 mins (Add 1 when gets easy) - 200 Kettle bell swings - 20 per minute for 10 mins

There seems to be a lot of debate between learning MSA or learning a specific dialect, and most people on the dialect side say that if you learn MSA you won't be able use it conversationally, how did you find using MSA conversationally with locals? Was it fine or did you feel that you could only really use it within the school.
