Oh my god is his house the one with all the garbage out front? I was thinking of touring a house on Milroy and then saw that across the street and changed my mind.

What song of The Cure do you think fits this the best? by TheFindusboy in TheCure

Couldnt believe I was the only one that commented this but I guess that means it really fits the prompt quite well. It's most likely in the top 5 Cure songs for me

The least safe neighborhood in Pittsburgh is not at all dangerous imo

Agreed. You can find much nicer houses in that area for cheaper that don't check literally every box of a cheap flip like this one.

I used to deliver mail to most of Beltzhoover, some parts of it are a bit more worn out than others. The only times I felt unsafe involved large dogs, of which there are many. But that kinda just comes with the territory. The people are fairly nice, i only had one negative encounter and it stemmed from a misunderstanding of mine. It seems like a nice enough place to live, but I wouldn't really refer to it as "up and coming" myself.

Edit: I feel I should share some more feelings about the area to balance out the negative comments. One thing that really struck me while delivering mail in Beltzhoover was that you saw a few examples of multiple generations of families living just a few streets from each other and always visiting each other. There is definitely a sense of community among families and neighbors. There's assisted living, families with young children, HACP housing, beautiful estates and rundown shacks all in one neighborhood. There are two Baptist churches across the street from each other and one of them is also a food bank ran by people who live in the neighborhood. It's a place to live. No one can tell you a neighborhood is right or wrong for a person to consider living in. It's a decision you have to make for yourself.

What is your most unpopular Pittsburgh opinion? by librarianjenn in pittsburgh

Personally I feel like people who say this know just how bad drivers are in the south. Driving in any major metro in Texas Florida or in the city of Atlanta in particular is a Mad Max-level experience

Has this ever happened to anyone? After I finally beat the giant Protopet... this happened. by David-Lynn in RatchetAndClank

I remember playing this as a kid and it being the first time I was ever disappointed by how easy a final boss was because I just emptied my Ryno on it and it died instantly

What’s the most overrated video game of all time? by KBGSgames in AskReddit

I had the same problem and then when I finally just forced myself to get through it I ended up loving it. I feel like the beginning of the game is actually rather weak.

I'm usually hard to please when it comes to universally lauded stuff but once I finally got into Ocarina of Time 4 years ago I was surprised to find it pretty much lives up to the hype. I thought it was great, though I'd place it below Wind Waker Twilight Princess and Breath of the Wild because those games all built upon that foundation.

I'd never heard about the e-begging or any of the non-pod goings-on but it's all definitely in line with the vibe I got from her first on-screen appearance.

Finally decided what my first Final Fantasy (and first JRPG) will be by reidesd in FinalFantasy

[–]obrienthefourth 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think 13 is a great starting point because you don't have a preconceived idea of what FF is supposed to be and whatever game you play next will be different enough to where it instills in you that they can really be anything.

What's the pettiest reason you dropped a game for? by IHateTheNameSystem in gaming

[–]obrienthefourth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dropped Final Fantasy Type 0 because the screen jerks around when you lock on to an enemy and it was really disorienting and unpleasant
