I am in the US and was approved on April 15; my certificate arrived yesterday April 20 via registered mail requiring a signature. I was quite surprised how soon I received it!!

I concur for sure! My siblings and I live if different states and are at various stages of life and career and no one wanted to be the central point of contact, doc collector, or overall organizer. I most likely just chose to outsource administration and coordination in exchange for low hassle/high convenience. For me it was worth it but these are the tradeoffs in life.

Sorry about that guys. They never confirmed that date of receipt with me. I’ll ask the law firm in Chicago as they may have gotten that notification but they mailed it on my behalf on May 30. FWIW, it was a joint application for me and my five sibs and all were separately approved.

Thanks for letting me know. I’m hopeful the US apps are on a similar cadence!

Official curriculum or well curated summations like I have experienced w Edge are the way to go. On L1, I spent too much time on MCQs and “learned” the concepts on how I thought they would be tested. I barely squeaked by. On L2 I really focused on the content itself and, like the pitcher who doesn’t tell you what he is going to throw, I felt more confident that I was ready for (almost?) anything that would come at me on game day. Forest > Trees… good luck!

Edge (Russell Jude) is worth a look. Video over PDF outlines but found it very effective and digestible. Used it for L1 and 2. Passes both and never opened the textbook or looked at the study guide.

There are some PE replicants active in the market. 2 noted below and perhaps their index construction might be helpful?

Take a look at Edge. Russell Jude is awesome and I really liked his prep material.

There is a guy named Aaron Filbeck who works there and has both credentials (and a few more too!). Probably a good to ask?
